Returns & Exchange

  • Articles are qualified for an exchange for the same article in a different size through the following process. Customer has to inform the customer service within 24 hours of receiving the article. Customer will mail the article to the given location at their own expense within a 2 day period of informing the CS team of the exchange. Delivery charges for the replacement has to be borne by the customer, an amount of PKR 250. Returning article should be unused and in its original packaging and tagged. 
  • Articles are qualified for an exchange for the same article if the article sent is damaged upon receiving. You will be required to send photographic evidence of any flaw in the product to our number or email. Once verified by our CS team, we will provide a return address. Returning article should be unused and in its original packaging and tagged. Return delivery charges to be borne by the customer. The delivery of the replacement article will be free.
  • Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.
  • We have a no refund policy in cash form. In case of non-availability of the article or if the received item is in a damaged condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued which can be availed online, or another article can be bought in it’s place of the same or lesser price. If the price is higher, the difference amount has to be paid by the customer. Delivery charges for the replacement has to be borne by the customer, an amount of PKR 250.
  • Custom made garments cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Sign Up discount is not applicable on already discounted articles or custom made articles.
  • Please note that while we have made full effort into displaying the true colour of the article, the actual colours you see will depend on your screen resolution. We cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
